To continue providing a one-on-one, low stress environment for your pet, some adjustments and policy reminders need to be addressed.

*Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment time will be required to pay 50% of the grooming fee for that day before being rescheduled.
*No call/no shows will be required to pay 100% of the grooming fee for that day before rescheduling.
*Late pick ups will incur a $1/minute fee unless an arrangement has been made with me beforehand.
*In an effort to not miss messages, all calls/texts/appointment requests will be made through my appointment app. Please use this number moving forward: (833)259-6647
*Pricing structure has been updated. Your new price will start at your next appointment. If you have any questions, please ask!

2 happy boys! Toby’s first grooming with me and he was so well mannered. It definitely shows when a dog has had good grooming experiences in the past and is comfortable for the grooming process. Charlie was here for his 2nd puppy groom and he was the best boy! Can’t wait to watch him mature.
