This water feature is just outside our bedroom. Every morning we open the curtains and watch the birds bathing. Water features are so good for the thirsty, hot birds in Summer. In this clip there are 2 Cape White Eyes & 1 waxbill

Swiss Chard has always been a breeze for me to plant. on the other hand an absolute disaster. Birds, bugs, snails, holding, bad germination you name it. This season I managed to get it right at last. I have loads and not just 1 or two leaves 🙄. Could it be the grow tunnel……

I discovered today that comes in bags almost the same size as me! . This whole bag is going to be mixed with my compost and topsoil then added to my big planter box.

Look what arrived on Friday! My from Isn’t it awesome. I still need another two but will have to wait for my birthday as they are rather pricey. What I love about this is the height - no more backbreaking gardening. My s are my shadows, following me everywhere and creeping into my photos whenever they can.
