Our retail shop will be moving to a bigger premises just around the corner in the Gonubie Industrial area, during the month of December in preparation for the New Year. Our signs will be very visible from the road and the 1st Street intersection.

Thanks to our customers and suppliers for another good year in spite of the problems we've had to overcome, which the whole country has experienced. We are closed from today until the 16th January for our annual shutdown. I will personally be available in the event of emergencies, except from the 24th December until the 9th January 2023 during which time I will not be available. We wish you a safe and wonderful festive season, a prosperous and happy New Year with God's richest blessings!

Our customers know but for anyone who isn't aware, we opened a retail shop and office at Shop3, Gonubie Mall, on Main Road since March 2022. It caters for "walk in" customers and local customers who collect directly from. It is working very well and is achieving our goals. The stock required by our local sales and service agent Rob McGillewie, is warehoused at a separate convenient location. National distribution dealers, agents and customers are supplied directly from the factory to minimize freight and warehousing costs.

This is a portable pneumatic friction welding system for PET (Plastic) Strapping with pressure regulator / water trap and lubricator mounted into the galvanized strapping dispenser trolley. I make them up in my workshop. It is the cheapest, most robust, reliable, effective system on the market. It eliminates the need for steel wire buckles. The strapping can be burnt off in smelting recycled metals or recycled itself. Our factory blends collected polyester strapping back into the manufacturing process. I demonstrated it to this customer two days ago after they received an instruction from head office to change from woven to plastic strapping. They ordered a complete kit with pneumatic tool, an additional tool and strapping. The sample used for the demo is printed. We are the first company to offer printing on PET / plastic strapping done on state of the art machinery, thus offering customers added value. We have printed woven strapping for 30 years but no-one has printed PET strapping. It offers unique challenges not experienced when printing on paper or fabric, and PET strapping has always been imported into South Africa until recently, making it even more difficult to offer printing.
