Eduvet™ is working towards providing a full qualification to recognise the unique requirements of a veterinary receptionist. The development of this qualification will result in a formal certificate in Business Administration. The initial unit standard which forms part of the overall qualification is Sales and Marketing, this unit standard conveys sales and marketing principles specific to the Sou

th African veterinary environment. This module is available available and being presented countrywide. The following unit standards will be developed in future:
