Secure off street parking is available with remote access to the garage which can fit 2 to 3 cars. More cars can be accommodated on or at the front of the property. The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave for convenience an
d the laundry has a washer and dryer. Even though the house only has one bathroom, the shower is conveniently located in a separate room so as not to disturb anyone enjoying a relaxing spa. For these coming cooler days the house has ducted gas heating and an extra heater in the lounge and electric blankets on the beds. Once it warms up, there are fans and a split system to make you comfortable. All linen and towels are provided and the house is serviced with every stay of 7 days or more. A light continental breakfast is included along with fresh fruit and complimentary chocolates to enjoy. The house is child friendly and we offer a range of toys and books and kids DVD's to entertain the little ones plus a high chair if required. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement with the owner.
