Matt Harnacke and Emporio showing off the Erreplus WR connect dressage saddle π€©
The WR features the brand new tree design that ensures greater support, stability and balance of the saddle and reduces the pressure from the tree points on the withers and trapezius muscles πͺ
Iβm excited to see what Erreplus has in stall next!
A beautiful video captured by @horseclipz
What does PEMF actually help do?
In your body, you have what I personally like to call the βcrash crewβ, which is a combination of blood cells that will be the first responders in aiding recovery.
Sometimes this βcrash crewβ is a little delayed in getting to the desired destination or has a lot in the way before they can get there - which can make them get tired quickly π΄ So what we are hoping to achieve with PEMF is to give that crash crew the support needed to help repair that damaged area.
PEMF is an effective way of reducing inflammation, reliving pain, plus facilitating joint movement and helping with stability improvement. It has proven to provide stress-relieving impact that can help improve blood circulation and oxygen intake, reduce toxins in the body, and help heal cell regeneration.
I find that combining PEMF with my Equine Sports Massage Therapy techniques provides the body (and our crash crew!) with a range of different options to help the body recover and improve.
Sometimes all the body needs is a little bit of help π
Saturdays are for cleaning everything!! π§Ό
What does a weekend normally look like for me?
Well, mostly re organising, cleaning, admin work, and any left over jobs that might need doing so we can start the new week with a clean slate! This is super important to me because there is always a million and one things to remember, so by taking time to clean and reorganise you can collect your thoughts and stay on top.
What are you up to this weekend?
These are the best kinds of appointments π
Having all the clients ideas and wishes come to life, and see their horses so much happier with so much more space just makes my heart full π
Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet to get the best results βοΈ
I found my own second hand π last week and sheβs finally arrived π
Whatβs your favourite way to strengthen your horse?
Well this is Friendlys favourite way being a π§π΄
Iβm quite lucky to have the chance to swim my guy on a regular basis. Asking him to walk through the water means he has to push himself through the water and really lift all his legs.
Simple, gentle and effective βοΈ
But whatβs YOUR favourite way??
I am going to be cantering into the next week like!! π¨
Now that I have officially finished up in Hobart, I am already getting a bit excited for the time I will now get to spend at home with my best friend π While Iβm still saddle fitting from Campbelltown/East Coast/ around to Smithton, Iβm excited to be walking into the new chapter thatβs ahead.
This has already been a big shift in pace, so Iβm STILL getting things tidied up and Iβm hoping my new system will help me get on track
βοΈ Work to live, not live to work βοΈ
One of my final trips to Hobart done and dusted this week βοΈ Iβm going to be a bit sad to say goodbye to everyone but what a super journey it has been!
A door opened for me up north, so I had to say goodbye to south to make that adventure possible. Not only that but the amount of support Iβve always received from the southern region just grew too big for me to keep taking on every second week.
Iβve made so many long term friends and Iβm grateful for everyone thatβs always put their hand up to help, share, and support me during my time down south. The flooded messages of love since I announced my departure for that area has been so overwhelming and I truly love and appreciate you all π
Remember that October (for the SOUTH region) is dedicated to current clients only. I have super limited spaces so you may be required to travel and meet me. But shoot me a message and we can see what we can do βοΈ
North will run as normal.
While I felt so cringe making this video because Iβve never done this kind of video before, today I did my first review on a product ππ
Todays product was the: WOW free stride girth.
As people know friendly has struggled with cough for a long time, and I started to put my thinking cap on and try some different things, like the girth!
I felt his girth was restricting his breathing and todays experiment has proved the theory to be in my favour π₯³ BUT this is only day 1β¦ so Iβll send an update in a week or so when we have used it more often.
Have a product youβd like to see how it works? Be sure to put it in the comments below and if I can make it happen ill give it a go!
Thank you to my friend Simone from WOW for loaning the girth to me to try π Iβm pretty lucky to have such good friends!
Be sure to head over to my TIKTOK for more videos!
@summerhillpsf
Friday friendly reminder π
What a great day saddle fitting yesterday!
We have new saddles arriving every few weeks and this rocked up just in time for hunter to start getting used to before inter schools nationals!
Diesel was fitted to an Erreplus Connect in 16inch, where we also have a thin correctional pad for his asymmetric shoulder support and we are trialing one of my new girths to see if we can support his girth groove a little bit better.
When adding flock Iβm not just thinking about the horse but the rider as well. Be sure to watch and hear how the flock top up helped hunter as a rider!
This is the best kind of update from clients!
I love to see dedicated owners working hard on getting their horses feeling better. 7 times out of 10 I leave clients with a range of stretches and homework to do to help their horses bodies improve.
While this guy cheated a little bit, Iβm super proud of this combination for taking it all on and making it apart of their daily routine π
I get to share my passion with hundreds of people across our beautiful state.
I love educating owners on the benefits of a good fitted saddle, and also help them understand what a bad one looks like.
When was the last time you had your saddle checked?
I think friendly should go onto modelling ππ»
After 2 years in the making, his very own dressage saddle has arrived and I am IN LOVE!
I did the one thing a saddle fitter tells you NOT to do, and bought a saddle that i had never sat in, or sat on him! Lucky I had a very clear picture of what I wanted for us both π
π
and it came out beautifully!
Thank you Ryder Saddles for making my vision come trueπ₯° Iβm looking forward to working with you guys a lot more in the future π
Went and saw this cutie (and cheeky!) pie today π₯°
Roughy got upgraded into his big brothers saddles and officially graduated to having a dressage saddle!
Jess has been a wonderful client of mine with Mr Bronson the last few years and I admire her dedication to the processes her team put in place in order to help them grow and develop.
Thank you for trusting me with your beautiful horses over the last few years Jess π
Pre warning Hobart clients booked in today. Rain and wind along my travels slowed me down a little bit. So I might be a tad late but will try my best to be on time.
I wonβt be rushing any clients to ensure that everyone gains quality service π
EFFECTIVE STRETCHES FOR YOUR HORSES - part 1
As people know, I have been dabbling in massage a bit to help improve horses Iβm working with which helps my job as a saddle fitter because it improves their top line. While I am not necessarily massaging clients anymore, I still like to leave people with homework.
So I thought I would share a series of my favourite stretches for horses. As you can see from some clients before and after photos in the videos (shared with permission) - it can be simple yet effective!! Itβs important to remember to activate the muscles in order for them to grow. Yes checking your horses diet, feet angles and overall health will help as well. But simple stretches can go a LONG way!
TIP: always do while they are WARM! Donβt stretch cold muscles. Same goes for the good old front leg pull before you get on - take them for a good walk instead!
