Being that the Sunny Coast is about to step into a heat wave I wanted to share this quick clip of how the girls keep cool on the farm. I know finding an air-conditioned building can be on the top of the list but may I suggest a few good spots that I have personally loved taking the family to for keeping cool. Foote Sanctuary at Buderim is set in a lovely rainforest with scattered rock pools and even a waterfall. Wappa falls, Gardeners, Kondalilla falls, baroon pocket dam, Ewen Maddock dam & lake weyba. On the upside of making your way to a beautiful spot to keep cool you can find little road side stalls offering amazing seasonal produce. Need I say more.......

Sorry about the pump noise BUT, this morning while trying to put the Turmeric Salve I'm making onto Dilly's itch he was determined to eat it. I use only two ingredients, our home grown turmeric and cold pressed coconut! So it can't harm him. 💕
