Think George Clooney, but doggy form. A real silver fox 😉🦊

This handsome fox is 12yr old Tyson and he’s sure there’s a family out there waiting to share his twilight years with him. Tyson will be in foster initially whilst we finalise his vet work but he’ll soon be ready for your name on the dotted line.

The perfect match for Tyson would be a home with someone present more often than not. He’s not one for working 😅 Children and Tyson go together like Peanut Butter & Jelly and he could live with children of any age providing they can give him some rest too. Happy sharing his pad with a calm older female doggy or even cats, he’s a very accommodating gentleman. 😌

As we get older, we often loose our hearing and sight and Tyson is showing signs of declining. He’s also 12yrs young and that comes with a touch of senility and a sprinkle of occasional ‘accidents’. He needs his humans to understand and give him the best golden years he deserves.

Tonight, we are launching our emergency appeal to clear our vet bills and assist us in reopening our intakes of dogs that need us more than ever.

We’ve been hit hard, real hard with a huge increase in the number of dogs being surrendered and needing urgent medical attention. We always aim to make a difference to the dogs that come into our care. And that means we do not decline a rescue based on medical needs.

We do our best no matter how tough it gets… Dental surgeries, desexing, neurological testing, dermatology and ongoing medical care are necessities which are needed for babes such as Tylba, Bella, Bryan and Squishy plus the ongoing daily costs for adoptables.

When we commit to a rescue, we’re invested all the way. Adoption fees don’t cover the costs and medical needs of some rescues. And the costs have built up really quick! Too quick for our rescue so we have to take urgent action tonight. It all adds up especially when we have 63 precious babes in our care.

We were put on this planet to help those dogs going through the toughest of times and it’s our promise to then and you, that we are committed every step of the way.

Tonight, we are putting it all on the line. It’s our SOS for your help.

We need to urgently raise $35,000 to clear our vet bills and get us back on a level footing. It’s urgent, and we can’t stress this enough to you in our time of need.

🚨 MILES - TEMPORARY CARE IS ENDING 🚨

To avoid a cold kennel, he really needs foster care or even better, foster care with the view to adopt! Miles is 6 years young and a gorgeous Amstaff.

His forever (or foster) home needs older children and someone home more often than not, although PT workers will be considered if it means avoiding a kennel 🤞🏽

Miles is looking to be the only four legged babe in your home (and no cats please 😼), we’ve seen the promise in his sociability however given his bounce around from the pound, he needs time to decompress.

Our ‘long timer’ Ivar is wondering where on earth his forever humans are hiding.. 🙁 At 2yrs young, 90cm tall and 50kg, he’s not for the faint hearted but he’s got a heart the size of his body, made specially for lovin’ his pawrents.

Looking for a home with minimal fuss and foot traffic, Ivar lacks confidence with new environments and the big big world! 🌏 He needs secure fencing (no fences smaller than him!) and a family who can take life at his pace. Uncomfortable around unfamiliar dogs, Ivar can be reactive and much prefers the trails less travelled. With time and slow introductions he can make dog friends, even become house mates with a dog friend! 🥰

Children confident with big bumbling boof heads are great for Ivar, it’s just another playmate minus 2 legs.. and the fur! No cats please! He’s great with FT workers, PT workers or no workers 😆

Although he’s 2yrs old, Ivar is quite literally an overgrown baby. Playful, loving and will do absolutely anything for food, Ivar is sure to keep you entertained. His basic commands are perfecto’ and he’s working on his confidence and leash skills.

We’re deeply saddened by this as Taya is a beautiful babe. She came into our care after being abandoned in a kennel.

Beautiful Cruiser 🥰

OUT OF TIME. Cruise is just one of the many, adoptable babes waiting for a family to welcome them home. He’s been thriving in foster care and as his carers have personal commitments, he’s desperate to find his forever to avoid being placed in a kennel 🤞🏽

Cruise has been waiting for a family to choose him for almost one year and we truly have no idea why! He’s a sweet and affectionate boy who LOVES to run and play and when he’s tuckered out, he’s a master in the art of the snuggle 🫶🏽

Good people wanting to do the right thing but simply can’t afford it.
