Indian Ringneck Parakeet, she is a female so she doesn’t have a ring. She is a yellow sort of tennis ball colour and had her wings clipped over a year ago. She is not a very good long distance flyer and is anxious and timid around everyone except for 2 people she is bonded to. She has never flown outdoors before. She has an orange beak.
