Hi, my names Bec, I'm 30 and a lover of all animals great & small. I have a Certificate II in Animal Studies, Certificate III in Captive Animals and am currently completing my Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing & working at a Veterinary practice in the sutherland shire full time. I have travelled to Borneo & Indonesia working with local communities and Animal care institutes to provide education

and extra hands to help build appropriate enclosures & provide enrichment for animals ranging from birds to sun bears to orangutans. It has made me appreciate the relationship an animal has with its environment on a day to day basis. This is why I offer a stay at home pet sitting service for your beloved pets while you are away, all animals benefit from remaining in their natural environment where they are comfortable whilst being looked after and given that 1-on-1 attention. I offer house sitting or daily Feed, walk clean & Play visits to suit your animal. I am also slowly expanding into Weddings if having your Dog at your wedding is something you would be interested in please do not hesitate to get in touch!

Hi Everyone,

As most of you know I took a huge step back from pet sitting the last year due to some health issues, It is with a heavy heart that I have made the decision this year that I will no longer be available for pet sitting from Dec 1st 2022.

I have found afew wonderful people who I will be recommending in the future for all my wonderful clients and your furry family members, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you are struggling to find someone ❤️

I have decided to leave pet sitting as next year Luke and I will be getting married, buying our own house and hoping to start our own little family of humans!... okay and maybe some more furry ones too!😉

Thankyou all for having me in your homes over the last 7 years and for trusting me to care for your much loved furry family members, it has been wonderful seeing them all grow and getting to know you all too! 🥰

Perfect enrichment for your dog, a great alternative when feeding dry food instead of in a bowl, fantastic mental stimulation making your dog use their nose to sniff out the treats in all the little holes and crevices in the mat and may also help with anxiety when leaving your pet alone at home or even as a mental distraction during storms or stressful events for your pup!

Just sussing out some interest here...

Would anyone be interested if I was to make a whole bunch of Snuffle Mats for dogs??

If you're not sure what a snuffle mat is here's a picture below !!

They are fantastic for enrichment, feeding your dog their dry food in the morning and night and providing mental stimulation.

The snuffle mat is a homemade toy that provides your pooch with an opportunity to sniff and search for hidden treats / food. This is a great way to extend feeding times, provide mental stimulation, enhance your dogs senses & provide enrichment.

I have personally used a snuffle mat with my own dog Evie, and found that during training her it was a great way to help her exhaust some mental stimulation which then helped her physically relax, (instead of running around barking at birds at 5am!)
