Hi guys, I would like to clarify a few things that have been brought to my attention from my previous post. Firstly , I would like to publicly apologize to Gail for missing her booked pet sit. It was an honest mistake, and I sincerely apologize for it happening.
However, there is a particular ex-customer of mine who I have done many many pet sits for and have been an excellent pet sitter for his 4 dogs and also got the best rate for looking after his pets, bringing in his mail, taking out his bins, being home all day to receive his important deliveries and so on. This man, who wishes to keep his identity hidden so goes by a different name all the time, currently Jeremiah Kong, is slandering my business, when all that happened is, I had to cancel a booking 2 weeks in advance. I have every right as a business owner to cancel bookings with considerable notice due to real life problems occurring, which happened in this case.
Jeremiah Kong I apologize, again, for the inconvenience to you, however, as a business owner yourself, you have shown very little compassion for someone who is in a tight situation with their own business. As you have me blocked I am unable to reach out to you personally, but I am asking you nicely to please stop slandering my business. It is unprofessional and uncalled for. Thank you
