Cedar Creek Stables

Facility Overview:

* Picturesque 71-acre, 16-stall, privately-owned high-end boarding facility located just outside of Campbellville on Bronte Creek

* 125x250 outdoor riding ring (sand based with irrigation system) and 80x200 indoor riding arena (synthetic footing) both harrowed frequently with full course of filled jumps

* 5km of maintained hacking trails through fields, f

orests, and creeks

* 8 large irrigated grass paddocks and 8 sand-based winter paddocks with hay huts for small squares

* Bright, airy, rubber-matted 12x12 stalls with quality dust-free bedding

* Wide aisles with interlock brick and matted cross ties

* Two wash stalls with hot and cold water

* Heated washroom and viewing room with couch and kitchenette

* Large heated and cooled tack room with individual oversized pine lockers

* Backup generator to supply water to the barn in case of power outage

* 20 acres of high quality alfalfa for sustainable homegrown hay

Easy access off the 401 and QEW

• 125x250 outdoor riding ring (sand based with irrigation system) and 80x200 indoor riding arena with full course of filled jumps

• 5km of hacking trails around fields and through forests, and creeks

• 8 large irrigated grass paddocks and 8 sand-based winter paddocks with hay huts for small squares

Services included with board:
• Stall cleaned and bedded and auto waters cleaned daily
• All-day turnout on grass in the summer and 1/2 day during winter months in our all weather sand paddocks
• Hay fed frequently or hay net stuffed if preferred
• Individual grain program fed two times per day; Purina, Brooks and Masterfeeds products already on site with flax, bran, salts, etc.
o Supplements provided by owners will be fed with grain
• bell boots and blankets on/off for turnout
• Deworming program for full barn; you supply the dewormer and we administer as per barn schedule

Additionally offer :
-Hunter / jumper coach on site
-We also travel to various horseshows throughout the season
- trailers on site
-Owner is on site

Skylar is a 4 turning 5 year old Clyde/ warmblood/ thoroughbred .16.2 She was born and raised at our farm. She’s been well handled her whole life and has been started under tack and thriving
She’s smart ,willing and well put together.
She’s good for farrier, vet clips and ties
She goes walk trot canter under tack
While still green we have popped her over some small jumps and she does so willingly
Low to mid fives plus hst
