Sooooo I have a few Equestrian & Agg properties willing to sell but not wanting to go and sit on the market as we all know it's a slower market with interest rates and qualifying etc.

They say bloodlines will out...well this one has practically Royal blood from imported Selle Francais FEI and blup indexed .

Alme,Le Tot de Semilly, Tango Selune....and that's just the sire line dam line is just as impressive .

This one was bred for my personal upper level horse , but I just never went back to competing and he needs a job. He lights up and simply smiles with a job . Such a can do will do attitude and all the scope in the world for a pro and snuggly and forgiving too, never carries a grudge.

Big forward stride but a super soft mouth . Schooled prelim questions, has his changes and simply loves to jump. No spook or bad habits. No soundness issues or vices loads ties all the things he should do.....and pretty enough to win all your derby!

With Ruths back ground as an equestrian, including having lived on or owned farms for the the last 40 years, an also Ontario businsess operator, give her a distinct and unique undersatnding of equestrain properties.
