Home made bread is so good, and I'm so happy to bake it! There is no reason for anyone not to have one of my spare loaves!

This passion about bread and home cooking really became strong when we discovered our child is severely allergic to tree nuts. I want my child to be able to eat the best bread and food possible, safely. Unfortunately, all bakeries I have found that offer good artisan bread also handle nuts. I am determined to become that great home bakery that makes my child's culinary adventure possible.
