Our staff are able to respond to emails and listen to voicemails using our cell phones. If you have left a voicemail and receive a phone call from a blocked ID, our receptionists are returning calls using their personal cell phones with their numbers blocked.

If you didn’t know, spring brings the beginning of our busiest season here at the clinic. This means that we will be experiencing a higher volume of phone calls and medication requests. Because of this, you may be asked to wait on hold while our team addresses everybody’s needs.
We understand waiting on hold can be frustrating and we would like to remind everyone that if you are needing to refill your flea/tick/heartworm medication you may also email your request in to prevent having to wait! Please include your first and last name, pets name, and phone number! The email is [email protected]

Today our staff will be performing our bi-annual inventory count. We are still open for food and medication pick ups from 8am-1pm but we will not be filling any prescriptions.

A few important notable dates this week! 🌟
Tomorrow, Tuesday March 26th is the final day to place any food or medication orders until after our inventory count which is being held this Saturday March 30th. After tomorrow, we will not be placing any orders until Monday April 1st. Please have all orders in by 10am. ☎️
Thursday March 28th - please have all food and medication orders that are set aside for you at the clinic picked up by this date! This will allow for us to complete our inventory count in a timely manner! 🛒
Friday March 29th we will be CLOSED for Good Friday. If you are in need of urgent medical attention on this day, please call Lakeshore Animal Health Partners at 905-858-6767 or Niagara Veterinary Emergency Clinic at 905-641-3185. 🐰
Saturday March 30th - this is our inventory day! While we will remain open from 8am - 1 pm , we do not have a doctor in the clinic so will not be seeing any appointments. You will still be able to purchase food and medication. ☀️

🌟INVENTORY DAY🌟
Our bi-annual inventory count is coming up!
Since we are now open on Saturday’s, we will be performing our inventory count on Saturday March 30th.
Please take a few minutes this coming weekend to ensure your pet has all of the food and medication they require! The final day to place an order for food or medication is Tuesday March 26th! After this date we will not be placing any orders until Monday April 1st!
Also please ensure you pick up any food or medication that is set aside for you at the clinic by Thursday March 28th 😊

Last week we sent Courtney, our clinic nutrition advisor and Becky, one of our receptionists to Vaughan for a 2 day nutrition conference put on by 🌟
They were able to learn a lot of information about various diets and how they are used to treat various conditions and diseases!

$3 from every pet vaccinated on these days will be donated to the AFYA organization to help eliminate rabies worldwide!

Last month we talked about fleas and how damaging they can be. A lot of animals have allergies to these parasites. One bite can send the animal scratching and can cause large areas of hairloss and scabby sores.
