Indoor riding arena 72ft x 156ft. Has mirror, dressage letters, barrels, poles and jumps, flag to work cattle and sound system.

100 x 230 ft outdoor sand ring with jumps, barrels, poles

An outdoor 60 ft diameter round pen.

Stalls 10 x 12 ft with “superior mat and comfort” flooring (far more shock absorbing than rubber mats.)

Floor heating in wash bay, feed room and 25 x 30 ft tack room, plus heated bathroom.

80 x 24 ft Outdoor run in shed, many additional 16 x 8 ft run in sheds in pasture fields. Access to water 24/7 and heated water in winter. Large field for grass pasture and many smaller paddocks for small group turn out and or grass free paddocks.

Fields and groomed bush trails for riding.

Also offering riding lessons for all ages! Your own Insured coaches are welcome as well!

8 minutes north of Stratford just off highway #19 and 35 minutes from Kitchener/Waterloo.

Indoor Board is $475 a month plus HST

Outdoor Board $375 a month plus HST

A clean, well kept and great care facility. We are able to offer an affordable boarding price as we grow our own quality hay and have plenty of room for pasture.

Malibu is an 8 year old bay roan quarter horse gelding, very in your pocket personality and loves to be around people. Has been around cattle, trail rides, ties, baths, trailers, swung a rope off of. He’s good for farrier and Vet! He’s been broke since a 3 year old and has a very good foundation. Has basic reining manoeuvres, great stop on him and has been introduced to barrels and poles and showed good potential. He could go in any direction! Please PM me for more information.

Meadow Lynn Farms has a few spots available starting in May for training horses. I accept all types of horses from all different disciplines. Starting colts, problem horses, and foundation work.
