Appointments are booked according to clips and time needed to do that job so dogs are not left all day...when you are given a time to bring your family pet in, that is the time we start your groom..they will not be there all day long. We use only the best products and are the only groomers that have introduced Royal Treatment Italian Pet Spa products created by Prince Lorenzo Borghese into Canada and use it in our shop...if you have had some negative grooming experiences in the past..perhaps give me a try and give your pet the Royal Treatment.
