Kia 🌈

We were deeply saddened to hear that our friend Kia gained her angel wings recently, after a short illness 😞

We first met Kia two years ago and she was a very special girl. A rescue kitty, she lived an unknown life until she was about 12 years old and was rescued. She was a feisty lady and she let you know who was boss. She certainly kept us on our toes!
But, after a while, you could tell that she warmed to our visits, and the hisses became less frequent and the headbumps more common 🥹❤️

She was such a chatty cat, we could often hardly get a word in!

She was so lucky to find her forever home with such a wonderful family, who adored her. We are so sorry for your loss and we are thinking of you 💔

Smokey 🌈

This was such a hard post to write... 😢

Last weekend I got the heartbreaking news that Smokey crossed over the rainbow bridge 💔

I have been cat sitting for Smokey and her sister for 10 years now. They were among my earliest clients and I have spent countless hours with them over the last decade. I opened their Christmas presents with them each year, when we did their festive visits and I have so many special memories 🥺

Smokey was a sassy lady. She was the best guard kitty, always keeping watch out the front window. When she wasn't there, she could be found snuggled up in her wee spot under the duvet, usually because her sister Sookie had stolen her bed 😏

She loved her weekend visits, when she got her special fancy prawn dinners and she was a mastermind when it came to sussing out her treat ball.

Smokey did things on her own terms and chose her own friends; I was lucky enough to get some nose kisses from her, a great honour!

Sleep tight Smokey, you were dearly loved ❤️

Maverick (Mav) 💙
1st Oct 2014 - 22nd July 2024 🌈

We were deeply saddened to hear that our friend Maverick crossed over the rainbow bridge 😞

Although we only had the pleasure of meeting this lovely lad earlier this year, he left paw prints on all of our hearts 🐾

A super chilled out boy, he loved showing off his Mav-Tank when we visited, making sure he got plenty of chin scratches and even treated us to some headbumps and nose kisses, which was apparently a rarity for him! 😻

He will be sadly missed by his sister Coco, his family and his Team Feline friends 😢
