Jess has excelled in her theory work and, despite being a perfectionist who is always striving to do better, is progressing impressively with her practical sc******ng skills. Having already competently harnessed her bathing, prep work, teeth cleaning, and clipping skills.

Imagine showing up for work and being told you're not getting paid for 6 hours of your day. Now imagine, you're the business owner, and you have staff wages to pay, shop overheads, taxes and your own salary to cover.
Thankfully, no shows are not a problem we have to deal with often. However, 3 in 1 day with no prior warning to allow us even the consideration of time to book someone else in? Is a huge financial blow to a small business.
Cancellation fees are detailed in our grooming agreement, which every customer signs. We dont enjoy charging them, and we will always try to fill the appointment space, but for that to happen, we must have the time to do so.
Courtesy reminders are sent out 24 hours before appointments - as a courtesy.
We appreciate emergencies happen, we are human, but we are also a business.
When you book an appointment, you book our time. This applies to any service based industry, not just pet grooming. You're reserving a commitment of our time to you, that we can't get back. Respect it.
Sadly, the rare occurrence of this happens with long-standing customers, more than new.
We're excited to say, our next cat day will be Monday 1st July.

Puppy Intro's 🐶 One of THE MOST important things you can do as a puppy owner! There, we said it! Getting your dog used to grooming, both at home and in a professional environment, is SO important. Most breeds, even those considered "low maintainance," will require regular grooming throughout their lifetime. Desensitisation at an early age helps to build confidence, make grooming a normal part of everyday life instead of a "punishment," and is an excellent way to bond with your dog at home. We offer puppy intros from as soon as your dog has had their puppy vaccinations and is able to go out. We can not stress how important it is, in those formative weeks, to not overlook exposure to grooming.
