Cantref Coachhouse is situated within the grounds of the owners’ grade II listed property in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons. It has been renovated to a one storey cottage incorporating oak beams, oak floor boards in the lounge and bedroom and traditional stone floor in the kitchen area. It has one double bedroom. he living area if extra sleeping accommodation is required. The cottage is warm and comfortable with under floor heating, ensuring a warm welcome for guests in the colder winter months. There is a coal ‘look-alike’ electric heater if required to create a cosy atmosphere. It is furnished to a high standard where traditional & modern has been tastefully mixed. A substantial complimentary welcome pack (which includes some local produce) is on hand to get you started for a snack on arrival or for your first breakfast. Peter and Sheila have a wealth of local knowledge and also of further a field. If you need any ideas or advice they will be happy to help on the best route plans etc. There is an excellent compiled file listing lots of things to do, places to eat, scenic routes for a car trip, cycling and walking for your perusal during your stay. This is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful area whether walking, cycling, touring or just a get away from it all break. The kitchen is equipped with modern oak units, full size oven, ceramic hob and small oven/grille, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle etc. Lounge
This area is open plan to the kitchen. It is furnished with a mixture of modern/traditional, Sky TV, DVD, video and hi fi. (There is a small cross selection of Videos, DVDs, books of local interest and board games). Internet connection is available. Shower room

There is a double bed, wardrobe, and clothes chests. A hairdryer is supplied. Garden
The cottage has its own garden set within the walled garden of the main house. It has a small Patio area that is equipped with table and chairs and barbeque for eating al fresco. Steps lead to a lawned area with small goldfish pond. There are sun lounges for relaxing
Parking
There is ample parking directly outside the property. We regret that pets are not allowed. The cottage is strictly No Smoking.
