Bespoke Wedding Canine Chaperone

Fully insured
Registered Veterinary Nurse, including behaviour modules. Having your dog at your wedding is very special and has become increasingly popular, as they are often like family to us. In the UK we are lucky to have beautiful wedding venues which allow our pets to be present for the day. As a veterinary nurse, I understand all dogs are individuals, I also

understand that new places and lots of people can be overwhelming for some! I recognise this and work to ensure your dog is comfortable on your big day, so they can enjoy the day as much as you do! BWC Chaperone offers bespoke chaperone packages which best suit your wants and needs to help your day run just as smoothly with the addition of your furry friend.

* Packages start from £85 *

Bespoke packages include, per hour £35:
Ceremony
Ceremony + drinks reception / photos
All day until evening reception (up to 12am)

Please note: a minimum package for wedding ceremony = 2 hours (as this will include arrival prior to ceremony time and photo opportunities once the ceremony has ended alleviating any time pressures). This transport can be from home, kennels or dog boarders. Transport includes travel from BS16, to pick up address, then to the venue itself and return. Please note there will be a minimum return transport distance charge of 25 miles, even if the distance is less. Optional extras:

- We offer a 'Meet & Greet' for all couples 1-2 months prior to the wedding - this is charged at £15 for a walk and chat.

- Opting for early pick up on the day, rather than leaving directly for the venue once collected, including a walk, is charged at £20. N.B pick up for transport to go straight to venue will incur just transport costs.

- A walk can be provided, before and/or after the wedding at an added cost of £15 per walk.

- Overnight stay the evening before the wedding and/or evening of wedding is charged at £35 a night.

- More than one dog to chaperone? Please contact us for pricing. The number possible to chaperone is dependent on size of dogs, maximum number of dogs = 3. Personalised items such as collars, leads should be provided at pick up. Own food should be provided if they are boarding or require a meal during the chaperone service. Once booked we will discuss in what parts of your day you would like them to most be involved - this includes during the ceremony, confetti walks, photographs etc, to make sure they don’t miss a moment! Oslo - 08.06.24 🐾

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to with Oslo! This bouncy fun loving guy enjoyed meeting guests and being involved in all the photos (I’m sure he thought they were all there for him!)

It was important to take time out of the busy guest greeting so that Oslo had a chance to rest - we had plenty of opportunities for photos without Oslo getting overwhelmed. It was lovely for me to sit and chat to guests whilst Olso rested!

This handsome gentle giant was the guest appearance at his pawrents wedding last week! He got to explore the beautiful grounds of that was showered in sunshine as he joined in with photographs☀️

🐾 Luna - Pennard Hill Farm 🐾

A stunning day chaperoning Luna in the Glastonbury hills at this fun, outdoor wedding☀️

Luna stole the show as ring bearer whilst wearing a beautiful flower arrangement on her harness - all the guests loved it!

23.03.24 - Duke & Zero - Priston Mill 🐾

Spring has officially sprung at the beautiful Priston Mill and the sun showed up just on time on Hannah and Josh’s wedding day a few weeks ago! 🌸

Duke & Zero we’re absolute superstars and these lovely photos are testament to that. It’s often said you shouldn’t work with children or animals, but I don’t think it’s too bad at all 🥰

Hugo - 15.03.24 🐾

I had the pleasure of taking the gorgeous Hugo to his parents intimate wedding in Bath @ The Guildhall followed by a reception at . The most beautiful back drop for photos, where a little rain couldn’t dampen the spirits!

Hugo was such a sweetheart and got many comments on his little bow tie as we waited for the ceremony to finish!

🐾 08.03.24 - Ralphie 🐾

I had the pleasure of chaperoning lovely little Ralphie to at the start of March. He proudly walked with the bridesmaids down the aisle and enjoyed posing for photos - he loved the camera!

Ralphies care included pick up, walking, chaperoning and overnight care and he was such a lovely boy throughout. Hope to see you again soon Ralphie 🐾

29.12.23 - A cold crisp winter wedding at the beautiful to end a wonderful 2023 💍🥂

Tortilla, or ‘Torti’ as he is best known as, was this weddings ‘Best Dog’! He was lucky enough to have a front row seat in the ceremony reserved just for him and enjoyed all the fuss that came his way during the day. We took a lovely stroll around the venue grounds and relaxed in the dog friendly accommodation on site during the evening as guests danced the night away!

Out of office on, I’m off to get married 🥂

We both enjoyed our visit to the wonderful last weekend! Toffee was so excited to see all her favourite people and did really well to pose for photos with the bride and groom. We got to spend the whole weekend together, to have some lovely down time and some lovely walks (even if we did get rained on!)

01.07.23 - Buddy 🐾

This little guy was a pleasure to care for earlier in the month! He posed perfectly for some lovely photographs and joined in with the amazing memories with his family!

At 11 years old and no teeth, we got to giggle at his little tongue sticking out throughout the day 🐶

It was a hot one! ☀️

The sun was beaming down on , but luckily the building was lovely and cool while the dogs waited to be announced into the ceremony, followed by some photos outside!

With a little jumping up and down and a few silly noises we got the shots the bride and groom wanted! These two really knew how to work the camera 📸

I had the pleasure of caring for Olive last month so she could be involved in her mum & dads wedding at ! She coped really well with the weather and it was clear all the guests loved having her there - big smiles all round!

She had a beautiful flower collar and a tag which said ‘Bridesmaid’ which was a really lovely touch! Can’t wait to see the professional photos 🌺🌸

18.05.23 - Buffy and Daisy 🌸

A lovely visit to Grittleton House with these two gorgeous pups who were ring bearers for the bride and groom. They arrived with the loveliest flower collar and lead, with their names embroidered on each!

They loved greeting guests and being involved in the photos, but both very tired so an evening of naps followed after 🐾

Really looking forward to seeing how the staged photos with the wedding party turn out! Fingers crossed I can share these soon ☺️
