If like me you are loving the hot weather, it's also worth remembering that if you're hot, your dog is hotter!

Please take in to consideration the temperature outside. Once the heat gets up into the 20s problems can occur depending on the size, age and breed of your dog 🐾

-Place your hand on the pavement for 5 seconds, if you have to sn**ch your hand away then it will be too hot and could burn doggies paws! 🐾

-Keep walks short and to shady areas

-Provide plenty of water

**WARNING SHARED BY ONE OF OUR VOLUNTEERS - FLEMING GARDENS AREA DUNDEE** this was picked up but there may be more in the area.

‼️ Putting a post up to make other dog/pet owners aware ‼️
I was out with my dog this morning and caught her eating something which has turned out to be RAT POISON in the form of small pink pellets. It has 100% been placed there purposefully as it was hidden pressed right into the grass and it is extremely dangerous for our pets when ingested. I would never have seen it if Winnie hadn’t been eating it.
Thankfully I caught her in the act and she’ll be okay as we got her to the vet in time and it wasn’t in her system for too long. She’s just feeling a bit poorly & sorry for herself now 🥺
I just want to make people aware as I’d hate for this to happen to someone else or even worse. Will never understand why people do things like this 🤯

"Grief is the price you pay for love" ...and what a love it was.

So heartbroken to have said goodbye to Neena- we were so lucky to have her for all the years we did 💔 She had so many amazing doggy pals who will miss her just as much as we will.

Thinking of her parents at this hard time- who have just been so lovely to have as clients too. ❤️

(I've filled up my story with videos of her having fun- which she could always be counted on to do!)
