FRANKIE 🐎 ✨️

This chap was struggling with transitions on the left rein which was down to being very sore in the flexor muscles in his off hind.

He was very reactive at first so initially treatment started gently, and then slowly more pressure was applied, massaging the area until it released, ready in time for him to go to pony club camp 🏕 🐎

HORSE YOGA 🤭 🌟 Here's our regular, Mr. Toad, who has recently undergone 4 weeks of intensive (weekly) treatment after his owner previously wanted to find an alternative to further injections. He's massively improved and is now on a monthly maintenance programme to prevent regression and monitor progress. BRUCE 🐎✨️ Bruce is a 5 year old thoroughbred who’s been acting up lately, believed to be caused by considerable tension and spasming in the near side glute superficialis and bicep femoris... So here we are warming up the area and breaking down some of the tension ready to come in with the hands to get the job finished 🙌

...AND RELAX ✨️ Look how much these guys are enjoying their warm-up prior to treatment!! Using the massage gun allows for increased circulation to the targeted area of treatment prior to getting hands-on to release that muscle tension or spasm 🐎

DORA 🐎 ✨️ She had become slightly stiff on the right rein and a bit uneven in her paces during her flat work but after only one session releasing the tension in her lower lumbar she was back to moving beautifully as usual 👏

Meet Mr. Toad 🐎 🐸 A beautiful 6 year old warmblood who has trialled multiple injection treatments, which has unfortunately had poor efficacy... EquiSport has since stepped in to offer a more holistic approach to treatment to attend to the root of his problems. He carries a lot of tension in his lower lumber and sacrum on his near side, but after his initial movement assessment, the correct massage techniques and stretches were utilised and after each session he has shown significant marked improvement ✨️ AND it's safe to say, he enjoyed having a good massage!
