* indoor barn and outdoor stables
* 5 horse walker
* 25x60 floodlit manège with full course of show jumps and dressage boards
*Lunge Pen
* cross country paddock and grass dressage arena
* all year turnout (overnight summer/daytime winter) with excellent grazing
* secure Lorry/Trailer parking areas
* miles of hacking with direct access to EAFR routes
* owner living on site
* washroom with hot water and solarium
* kitchen/tea room with washing machine
* individual storage sheds
* locked tack rooms

Why not make use of our cross country paddock now we have had a few rainy days - plenty of variety of fences and heights, from poles on the ground up to 1.10m, including brushes, benches, steps, slopes and trakenhers. Please note - the cross country paddock IS available for hire, albeit the ground is firm. We are hoping for rain early next week to soften it up a bit! We also have the grass dressage arena up there available to hire.
