For those of you that have appointments with us on Monday 4th, Tuesday 5th March, Stoneley Rd will be closed at the building site entrance, so it will be a NO THROUGH road. You can still get to us via the cross keys roundabout

Thank you to everyone for being patient while we have been dealing with a family member loss.
I have listed the dates below that we will be unavailable next year due to shows etc.
If you would like to book a whole years appointments you can either send/give me the dates you would like or give me times and day(s) prefered and the space between appointments ie., 4, 6, 8, 10 weeks .
Please email me them rather than using fb, so I can keep track.

**POLITE NOTICE **
My prices will be changing from the beginning of May 2023
My business costs have tripled in the past year alone and so far I have been
absorbing these costs, however with
missed appointments and on day
cancellations plus the rising costs of electricity, equipment and maintenance I unfortunately have no option but to increase my prices. This will be £5 per pet
For regular clients on a 3-4 week schedule the increase will be slightly less.
If your dog is overdue their groom or over 12 weeks then the charge may increase further.
I again thank you for using our services and I appreciate your understanding.

Thank you to those of you who completed the contact info sheet last year and supplied an email address. An email has been sent regarding appointments.
IF YOU HAVE NOT received an email, please can you contact us via the email address below so we can arrange your appointments for next year.
We are coming into a very busy time of year and it is difficult to arrange these appointments whilst you are dropping off /collecting your dog . You can write down the dates/times you would prefer but we can't guarantee that they are available due to our shows/holidays etc.
