Harry arrived the end of June and was turned away to put on some weight after his journey , he still has a way to go but we do feel he would be better finding his family and settling with them to do this. His bracket will also increase as condition and way of going does.
Harry was sat on after a fortnight off and was foot perfect. He is the sweetest nature boy with a big heart.
Good to catch, groom , tack up , mount , load , travel and generally lovely to have around.
Harry raced up until a year ago where he gained 23000 on his record. And has been in a private home in ireland since. Where they done xc training ( see video) and general riding.
Since we got him he has been hacking alone and been foot perfect in traffic see video! He has jumped anything asked of him and can come into a contact with some warming up.
Harry would suit any discipline is straight and correct with 3 nice paces so with schooling could be aimed at ROR. He loves to jump just a point and go sort coloured or rustic , he can be fast into a fence but this is his racehorse coming out! We rode him in a fulmer snaffle so room to change bits but with schooling we feel this wouldn’t be an issue in a snaffle. Happy to go over the tarpaulin aswel walk and trot. He really does have the sweetest personality.
Due to his history he IS NOT FOR NOVICE.

It appears we haven’t been giving him enough credit and is happy to go in the arena with 12/13yo kids and relatively novice riders on him , although he would not be for a complete novice but could do a mother daughter share arrangement :)
Mickey has been with us since last September and has been away at our friends who was enjoying him over the winter and came back for our grooms to be able to take part in the common rides/ fun rides.
He is lovely to work with on the ground , good to tack up, groom , muck out, clip , bath , load ect. To ride Mickey is quite lazy.He can hold a beautiful contact when forward as he does have beautiful paces. And he has HUGE scope! He does swish his tail a lot but is up to date with teeth and physio.
We have videos of him riding forward over decent size tracks in his previous home I’m happy to share. With work he would be a brilliant dressage prospect or allrounder. He is better over rustic fences but will jump coloured if you push him on he isn’t keen on fillers. He would be a brilliant hunt horse , workers or with work event.
To hack Mickey is unphased by most things but still can have a look but doesn’t do anything stupid and is brilliant with traffic. Will go alone or in company.

Alfie arrived the 3rd June and has been great since he arrived. He has been on a ride out with us (fun ride), hacked alone being absolutely fine with traffic he gets a bit impatient standing so best to just keep moving. Yesterday Alfie jumped a small course (including an iffy water tray type jump!) he then finished off with the tarp practice. Alfie's flatwork isn’t great as it’s not what he has been used for so not ready for a Grand Prix dressage test before anyone asks!
To work with he is very affectionate and loves a bit of a fuss, he can be a fidget to tack up but he has only been here a week! Good with farrier- he had a set of front shoes put on but barefoot on the backs. Good to catch , happy out alone or in company.
Alfie was in the same place from a yearling where he done all the town festivals and some hunting and general riding club stuff then in 2020 went to a school and is now with us.
Best suited to a capable teenager or adult wanting to do some hunting or riding club.
