Whilst we understand that things crop up we ask that if you can no longer make your appointments please contact us to let us know, allowing us time to fill your space. Our cancellation policy states you have to allow 48hours notices to avoid being charged. Last minute cancellations are charged 50% and no shows will be charged 100% of appointment fee.
Today alone we have had £190 in NO SHOWS all before 1pm. Thats nearly both my staff members wages for the day, wages that I still have to pay regardless of you turning up or not, aswell as all the salon bills, before I can even think about paying myself.
We’ve had an increase in no shows over the last couple of weeks, I understand school holidays are hectic and it’s easy to forget, or money runs out, but whilst appointments are being missed we are still stuck here at the salon, paying for childcare and missing time with our own children. We ask that you book and cancel with consideration, no shows means no money and time missed with our families.
