Also as prices of everything going up most grooms are going up a couple of pounds more for bigger dogs

I will do my best to make your dog happy and relaxed and give them a groom you’re happy with. When taking a appointment with me your agreeing to my terms and conditions . There will be a £20 additional fee for fleas per dog pls let me know in advance if you know they have them. If the dog is matted there will be an extra charge as this is harder work and blunts my blades this can be between £5-20 and may be more depending on how bad. If a dogs is to matted in my opinion i will have to shave the dog short all over I will not put the dog under extra stress and pain. If I feel I can de Matt without harming the dog and give you the cut you would prefer if course I will. I want my customers to leave happy. But dog comes first. If your dog has any problems like ear infection arthritis diabetes etc please let me know soo don’t touch that area or I know to be gentle.

Curley coats need to come back within 6-8 weeks or will be extra charges as more work

If u need to cancel I need at least 24hrs notice, if less than 24hrs if less than 12 then full price of the groom price will still be expected to paid as I loose money. If a no show then the full price groom plus the next groom price will need to be paid in advance before booking next app. Please can you be on time in dropping off and collecting some dogs I do are not friendly and need to be solely alone and book them in knowing the dog before should of left in time. I have a Lovley friend who’s been very poorly and only got days. She has an old black staff that’s lovely that needed rehoming with someone who’s got the time and is good with cats as she has also lots of cats 6 need homes also but need to go in pairs as sisters ###

To all my lovely customers and fur babies I have met over my 4 1/2 years at four clean paws, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my job such a joy.

So so sad to leave but onto my next exciting adventure in Cyprus 🇨🇾. You are all going to be very missed and it’s been a joy🤍
