So yesterday seen us head down to lydstep for the local Point to point , were my oldest daughter gwennie took part in her first ever pony race, to say I’m proud is an understatement, she took her beloved section A pony which is her little all rounder , who’s spent all winter hunting on Saturdays and showjumping on sundays to now having a go at pony racing , finishing 6th of 8 did not put her off one bit and is looking forward to having another go again in 2 weeks time at the same venue , all the kids looked to Thoroughly enjoy them self not just the riding but also the course walk as well , it was nice to see so many so many girls and boys taking part, I’d say we will be on the hunt for a more suitable pony for next season 🙈😂😂

Isla was our 1st foal to be born at greenstone farm, for alan Shinton , shes now 2 and growing in to a beautiful horse , she’s taking breaking all in her stride , very forward going, brave and bold she’s always been a pleaser to work with even when she was a foal ! Loves her loose schooling which all our horses do from breaking to pointers , I believe it’s a key part in work and education for all types of horses not just racehorses! Just a few pictures of her life story so far

At 2:30 this morning seandeok gave birth to her 1st C**T foal to say we are over the moon with this foal is an understatement we are so pleased she has finally given their owners the Shinton family a c**t on her 3rd attempt! Well done to all connections and every one at the yard, turn your volume up to listen to this lad drink ☺️🥰 🔥🐎❤️😍

Morning beautiful people ! 😍 just a quick post we are currently on the look out for a new member of staff , we generally looking for some one with good knowledge of horses , as we deal with breakers, problem horses pre season trainers point to point horses ect , we have a large amount of horses waiting to come , rolls wil entail generally yard duties , assisting with breakers , pointer , and ridden work , hours will be flexible, to start on part time basic , please free to share or drop us a message ☺️

When I say they go to sleep they really do ! This is the second time this horse has been on and he really does enjoy his time on the theraplate! Makes me so happy to see horses appreciating their time on it ❤️💥🐎

Declarations are now in for this weekend at in chaddesley ! We have 3 runners ! We have maryam jaan in the restricted with Byron Moorcroft on bored for owner Nathan Pyne 1st time runner for us , she seems in good health and enjoying her work at home! Secondly we have sweet lady Jane with James king on bored for the sweet lady partnership also in the restricted ! Finally we have awesomedestination in the div 1 maiden for 5 year and over with also James on bored for the Will harman racing syndicate hopefully all horses run well but main thing all horse and jockey come back safely ! Nice to see tipalong Tyler get her head back in front for current yard Kayley woolacotte ! Loved this mare she gave us and our syndicate some good days out and when winning the maiden at lydstep in good fashion! And she did it again to day! Welll done to her connections!

A story of PrinceQuillo’s great-great granddaughter.

Apprentice jockey Nate Hubbard hung on dearly when his horse, Sweetwater Oak, stumbled near the finish line at Golden Gate Fields and flipped him out of his saddle. As he tumbled forward, Hubbard grabbed on to the filly's neck and hung in mid-air until the race was over. The track stewards ruled it an official finish because Hubbard’s feet never touched the ground.

We are happy to announce that we are starting up a new racing club for the following 20/21 point to point season !

This exciting new club will have 2 horses in it to start with, The 1st horses shouldn’t need much introduction the once top rated novice Chaser ⭐️ HENRI PARRY MORGAN ⭐️ a brilliant horse in his own right achieving a offial racing mark of 155! winning the WELSH NATIONAL only 2 years ago! Winning £87000 through his national hunt racing years! The second horse will be ⭐️ AWESOME DESTINATION ⭐️ all ready knowing his way around the point to point field! We believe he is a great prospect to give our members of the racing club some great fun! Finished second twice only beaten by the smallest of margins! These horses will be trained by winning point to point trainer Will Harman who’s hunger for winners and professionalism to leave know stone unturned is second to none! As we are a small yard we feel that all of our racing club members would have a more enjoyable unique experience with both horse jockey and trainer!  we hope to have both horses out and ready for the beginning of the season which would give our members a full plentiful season! 🏆 🍾🐎💨
