Small black and white, male crossbreed dog found on the corner of Millig St and Colquhoun St.
Please call the surgery on 01436 672558 if he yours

***Please take care on local streets and at local parks ***
We have been informed of white powder being found on the pavements around the town and in Hermitage Park. East King Street playing fields, Argyll Street and Johnston Court are all known to be affected but could be in other places.
We are told the police are currently investigating.
Please keep dogs on leads away from the powder and keep cats indoors if possible until more is known.

Missing Cat.
Male neutered tabby and white cat last seen last Thursday (27th July) Colgrain area, Near railway station.
He has an injury undergoing treatment to the end of his Left hind leg and has toes missing from his right hind paw.

We have had a tortoiseshell cat handed in from Garelochhead this morning. She has been involved in a road accident.She doesn't have a microchip.Please contact the surgery on 01436 672558 if you know her owner.

We have had a male entire black and white cat brought in who has been hit by a car and unfortunately hasn't made it. He was found in the area of NAR/ County Hotel
