We have these exciting new NFC tags now on every enclosure in store ! As you can see from the video below all you have to do is tap your phone on one and it’ll take you to an online care sheet that we recommend for the specific animal😊 We’ve found these really helpful for customers so far , especially if it’s a really busy weekend in the shop and you’re waiting to talk to staff but they are trying their best to get round to everyone 😄
