Digby has always been a bit of a nervy boy when it comes to having his nails clipped but in about the last year he's really come on leaps and bounds! 🫶 1 thing I've found always helps and he seems to love is doing them at the very end of his groom ✂️🛁 everytime we do them, it's approached very clam and relaxed..and then when we're done we do something i like to call the Digby wiggles 🤣
I was cleaning the grooming table after Ferns haircut, and caught her innocently watching the downpour 🥹

This boy absolutely melts my heart! Toro sees me every month for a bath & tidy appointment to keep his shedding to a minimum, nails in tip top condition, keep him fresh smelling and desensitise him to grooming & general handling 🐾
As you can see Toro is a very chilled dude.with grooming and everytime it comes to drying round his head/ back of his neck he fully rests his head on me/my shoulder 🥹 it doesn't matter if I move around a bit he'll still keep his head rested there 🥰
This time I put my phone on record in hopes id catch him doing it to share with you guys 💕
It appears you sometimes you get a 2 in 1 deal with dogs...

If anyone who has an appointment with me this week finds that they have any trees down or obstructions on a road local to them to please do let me know/ keep me updated especially if your on a small back lane as it can be difficult to find areas to turn the van around. I do try my best to keep up to date with what's happening on the roads but things like this arent always logged - thank you 🐾
Otherwise, here is a very happy Hattie after her groom today 🤗 Hattie is a 10 and a half year old f1 Labradoodle meaning her mum is a pure Labrador and her dad a pure poodle, so she's not as noodley doodley coated as other types of labradoodle 🐶

Spruced up and ready for his on-call weekend for Santa is Yogi 🦌😍
Yogi is a Landseer which is considered to be a type of the Newfoundland breed and today Yogi told me that Santa himself contacted him and wanted to know if he would step in pulling the sleigh if one of his trusty reindeers called in sick this year...as you can tell Yogi is very honoured to hear from the big man himself and so a good makeover was due just incase he is needed for the special occasion 🐶✂️🛁
