Following the recent announcement regarding the National lockdown due to start on 5th November, the following arrangements have been put in place to cover this period of time.
We will close the stables at 9:00pm on Wednesday 4th November and plan to re-open at 08:00am on Wednesday 2nd December, so long as no further restrictions have been imposed by the Government at that time.
The British Horse Society’s Changing Lives Through Horses programme will continue to be delivered as an alternative education provision offered by iPegasus.
Livery services will continue to operate whilst complying with government and industry guidelines.
We will build upon the success of the newly introduced online equine study programmes that were introduced during the first lockdown. We’ll shortly share further information about a range of online content designed to support The Pony Club; The Riding Academy; recreational and career riders working towards Pony Club and BHS awards.
Customers who have already pre-booked sessions will be able to benefit from an online study programme at no additional cost and free entry into a BHS Challenge Award as well as being able to re-book session dates once more is known about the lockdown being lifted.
This is a tough time for owners and riders with dark nights, muddy fields and colder weather – all of which result in horses and ponies being stabled for more time. Our dedicated team continue to provide outstanding levels of equine welfare and look forward to welcoming our riders back in December 2020.
Any riders with specific questions about pre booked sessions or any of our services are welcome to contact Andrew on 07944470830.
