Our Story

Elegant Dogs is a raw food/treats store and professional grooming service run by Ingrid, Daryl and Axwell (woof) Lewis.

Ingrid has nearly 10 years experience grooming all types of dogs. We can provide either a breed standard groom or a groom to suit you and your pet. We have the experience to be able to advise you on what would suit your dog, if you are not sure. Ingrid has a City and Guilds in Animal Care and a City and Guilds in Dog Grooming gained though the Pet Care Trust satalite centre Dogs Delights in Chiswick. Ingrid and Daryl also trained with Steve Mann (Institute of Modern dog trainers) at Alpha Dogs to become Dog Trainers and Animal First Aiders.

Our Raw and Holistic Health store is located inside our dog grooming salon based at Goonhavern Trade Park in the village of Goonhavern, between Newquay and Perranporth.

We firmly believe that ‘Natural’ is best and promote species-appropriate diet and ‘chemical free’ health care and supplements.
