MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Please note that with immediate effect if you ‘forget’ your appointment or get the days wrong and don’t turn up a £20 fee will automatically be added to your next appointment.
This is towards the amount we have to save for bills etc from your allocated time in the salon.
Unfortunately for us it doesn’t pay our wages for the missed appointment.

PRICE INCREASE

Due to the high rise of our utility bills and increased cost of equipment for the salon, unfortunately we have to amend our prices for all grooming.

With immediate affect prices will increase by £2 to £6 depending on the breed/size of your dog and how long they take to wash and dry.

Thank you for your loyal support and understanding but most of all thank you for choosing us to be your groomers and taking the best possible care for your dog.

They’ve broken the back door and made a mess of the shop.
Police are here now we have to wait for CSI to come.

Our new signage board in the shop window has been put up today showing some of your pooches after their groom.
Over the years we have taken lots of lovely photos of your dogs and couldn’t decide ourselves who to choose, so had to leave it up to the designer.

DOG THIEVES IN FEATHERSTONE….KEEP VIGILANT EVERYONE

‼️ALL LOCAL DOG OWNERS / DOG WALKERS ‼️

I can’t believe I’m writing this, but we have dog thieves lurking in Featherstone.
Coco is my clients dog, she was running in the woods of Ackton / Featherstone Nature walk. Suddenly she didn’t reappear and return to owners whistle. My client frantically run round a corner to see her puppy coco attached to a dog lead and being walked off speedily by a couple in mid 40/50’s who had another dog with them.
When challenged they did not want to return her, were aggressive towards my client and stated she was running free and therefore she was theirs to take!!! Coco was desperately trying to pull away from them and was freaked out by the incident.
This couple had a spare dog lead on them, they knew full well she was with my client and that she was whistling her. The fact they’d managed to capture her and try to get away is frightening.
Coco is a young female puppy, so I’m thinking these bastards had her pegged for puppy farming potential. .
The lady had a woolly hat on, so no description of her hair. The man was talk and big built. My client has never seen them before and it’s her local area, where she’s walked dogs for many years.
She got coco back, but had no phone on her to capture images.
