Getting fed up of rude obnoxious people. I don't know how else they want to be replied to ? When I'm roughly available, how much the groom would cost, cancellation policy and matt fee if applicable. (conversation in next post) I have some amazing lovely clients, i know not everyone is the same. But please have some patience and respect. 🐶✂️ needless to say i will not be spoken to like that from anyone. Have a lovely friday everyone.

HEADS UP: So twice a week, usually a Tuesday and Friday, I sit outside my local cafe and treat myself to a Brew (NATO) and an Egg Banjo with brown sauce.

It’s located directly opposite a pay and display car park. I never buy a ticket.

So my ‘Sports Afternoon’ is spent waiting for the traffic warden to come round and whilst they are in the process of issuing a ticket, i pay for my parking via the Ringo App.

The crushing look of disappointment as they realise, just before they issue the ticket is Frigging Epic! 😂

I‘ve been doing this for about 6 weeks now.

I think even the most reckless of base jumper would struggle to match the level of adrenaline my sport gives me.

Note to clients,
I'm having to put up my prices by £5 per groom. I've kept the prices down for as long as possible, but the rise of the cost of living/business is quickly catching up. I'm honoring all appointments already booked in, but from now it will be £5 more as the new price.

Being a single handed business doing the paperwork, answering every single enquiry and doing all the grooming, i don't see it impossible that can not always reply to every single person enquiring about my services. So i do apologise.
But I'm sick of people thinking I have no life and only have time to answer them 24/7. If i don't pick up my phone please DON'T leave a voicemail, i don't always get them. Instead send me a message and I'll get back to you ASAP. Thank you 😊

Honestly, what is wrong with people. If I'm not available, then I'm sorry I'm not available.

Please be patient as i have clients i have had since i started almost 10 years ago. I don't say I'm not available for the sake of it. I try to accommodate as many clients as possible, but i am the only groomer in my business. Thank you for your patience and your custom 🐶✂️🐩

When i cancel an appointment, it's for reasons of either being ill or the van not working it's out of my control. I try to resolve the situation as best and as quickly as i can. I understand her frustration, but for her to be so rude, i will not tolerate.
