🎄🎄Christmas Bookings🎄🎄

We seem to be flying through this year and it’s getting to that time where we all have to start preparing for Christmas far too early🙈 I’m going to be limited to how many dogs a day I can do during December this year which means the slots will fill quicker and I won’t be able to squeeze in last minute appointments unfortunately😣 I will still try my best to fit everyone in but I can only do this if I can get everyone booked in in advance🐶

I have already had a few bookings for close to Christmas, if you would like your pup looking fresh for Christmas please plan ahead to make sure you get the appointment you would like🙏🏼

My last day opening will be Friday 20th (but I will be closed the 19th for my birthday🎂) and I will be returning to work on January 6th ☺️

⭐️⭐️ Important information ⭐️⭐️

As most of you know my mum has been working with me the last couple of years which has enabled me to groom more of your lovely dogs a day🥰 Unfortunately she is having to drop down to only a couple of days a week from Monday 22 July😢

But don’t worry, I will still be able to keep everyone I already do! It just means that it is unlikely I will be able to book in last minute appointments like I am able to at the moment. To ensure you get the dates that you would like please make sure you book in advance as there will soon be at least a couple of weeks wait for appointments☺️

On the plus side this also gives me more days to fit in those anxious pups that are better with a 1 to 1 environment without other dogs around!🥰

I am also in the process of updating all of my grooming records, anyone who hasn’t been booked in within the last 6 months but would still like to be kept in my books please just drop me a message. I will be asking people to pop in to fill in the updated grooming cards when I am able to. I am still taking on new (and old) customers currently this just allows me to see how many new pups I can still take on☺️

🤩 Exciting News (pt 1)🤩 New Loyalty scheme🌟

I have decided it’s only fair to give back to my lovely loyal customers as I wouldn’t be where I am without your recommendations of my grooming salon🥰

Soo… from March 1st there will be a loyalty scheme in place where you will receive rewards when new customers come to me based off of you recommending me🤩

There will be more details to follow before March of how this will work!

This week I had the pleasure of grooming Rupert the golden retriever, it was his first ever groom and he was amazing🤩 safe to say I’ve fallen in love with another dog🙈

Then there’s the gorgeous Charlie and Shiloh who I’ve been grooming for 3 years now😳 and have loved doing since day 1🥰

Little Willow is as surprised as me that Christmas is less then 5 weeks away😳🎄

I will be working up until Friday 22nd to try get all your lovely dogs looking their best Christmas 🤩 and then we will be closed until 2nd January.

There are only a couple of appointments left in the week leading up to Christmas (w/c 18th) and limited availability for the beginning of December. So if you’d like to get your pups in ready for Christmas please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment🐶🐶

Just a reminder for everyone that I am away from the 14th August for a week. Hey guys🐶

I am going on holiday in august from the 14th - 21st with available appointments again from the 23rd. Appointments are filling fast between now and then so please book in advance to avoid disappointment. I know we’ve not got the best start to summer🤦🏼‍♀️🌧 but I wouldn’t wait till it does get hot again as I may struggle to fit people in last minute.
