As a local business in the Farming industry communication is vital especially our Website.
Over 4 years ago we had Openreach (or a subcontractor of Openreach) come out and put up blue rope, 6 months after that we had 3 visits to put up Fibre Wire.
You will quite clearly see from the attached photos that the wire is up .
I was told by an Openreach engineer that it was not connected at either end and "there are no plans in the foreseeable future to connect it!
I am sure that Openreach Shareholders would be very pleased to hear about spending all this money and not completing the task. Therefor Openreach are wasting their money.
I have written to local MP's, the Prime Minister, CEO of Openreach and BT Head Office .
The Government want all their reporting done ONLINE and you get into trouble with them threatening FINES if you do not comply. Can I get a promise from you that, as you are not able to supply us with Fibre you are happy to Pay the £5-15K fine for us?
I have also written to Spotlight, our South West News section and I have written to the Newspapers.
In this age of "Mental Welfare" I cannot stress how much effect this is having , not only on our business but, also, on my own Mental State.
