Happy new year!! Hope everyone had a gorgeous time celebrating, I’m now back to work. 🫧

A few reminders for the new year:
• If I get any cancellations they’ll be posted on Facebook & Instagram (unless I have a cancellation list, they’ll be contacted first)
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee.
• NO SHOWS will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee before being able to be booked back in. If this isn’t paid, you won’t be booked in.
• If your dog comes in extremely matted there will be a £10 matting fee on top of the original quoted price.
• My Saturdays & late appointments fill up fast. I always recommend booking your next one when picking up your pooch, to avoid disappointment.

That’s me done for Christmas! 🎄 130 hours over the last 2 weeks.. I need the break 😅

Thank you all for your support with my first year owning tyne dogs! I can’t believe how fast the time has gone.. it feels like yesterday I got the keys. I can’t thank you all enough for keeping me so busy & trusting me with your babies. I’ve made some amazing bonds with them all, & you the owners. 🥰 and to all my regulars who followed and stuck by me.. THANK YOU 💗
