This years dog show categories are as follows;

•Waggiest Tail

The entry fee is £1 per category and all money raised will go towards Whitland Week and CRY (cardiac risk in the young)

The show is held at the practice and starts at 5pm. We hope to see you all there 😃

Unfortunately a deceased black and white cat wearing a yellow collar has been brought to us and was found in the Tavernspite area. Please contact us if you think this is your cat.

Watch out for your furry friends over the coming days in the heat - remember your small furries too!

🐶 ensure there is adequate shade and water available
🐶 avoid being out in the sun during the hottest part of the day
🐶 frozen treats can help to cool your dog
🐰 move hutches into shaded areas and cover with damp towels
🐰 add cooling aids where possible
🐰 try to avoid plastic "hideaways" as these will heat up very quickly in the sun

With August 4th being our penultimate day of small animals, we would love to celebrate the dog show with all our wonderful clients, past and present.

Dear clients,
With regret and a heavy heart, the Directors at Allen & Partners Veterinary Services Ltd have decided to cease providing care for small animals (cats, dogs, rabbits and all household pets) from Friday 5th August 2022.
This was a difficult decision to make. We do not want to compromise the health and welfare of your pets by being unable to provide the service they deserve due to severe staff shortages.
We advise you to start looking for another small animal vet practice and register your pets with them in the meantime.
We wish you and your pets the best of health and happiness in the future.
