We held our final icelandic horse show for this year over the weekend. Thank you to everyone who came along and took part or spectated. I think a fun weekend was had by all. There were lots of little horses who all tölted brilliantly.

Good morning!
A question asked earlier this week in relation to handsome Dlab who came in for gelding..

“Are things looking up for the people or is this boy a very lucky one?

The answer is Dlab is a lucky one.
We are feeding and caring for over 160 fosters aside from our permanents meaning we are always running at full capacity.
A constant stream every day. Horses and donkeys either walking or being delivered from the pyramids and serving the more rural area local to us. Some come for showers, some needing care for wounds and needing the all day buffet. Sadly we are also the final journey for many.

We are a UK registered charity and therefore Facebook rules require us to be a “charity page and unfortunately currently there are more restrictions on what we can post. We also have lost the ability to add donate buttons on posts (the button on our profile still works though)

So this is a reminder to please vote for us on the mygiving grant competition - and as they have a special 100hrs donation challenge running until Tuesday please maybe consider donating via it too 🙏We are currently in position 5 - a great position but we have to maintain it for another 50 or so days 🙈 Donating will help with funds and will also gain extra votes! If you’ve never voted before - it’s a weekly vote you just have to validate your email address the first time you vote (very important else your votes will be removed at the end of the competition 🥹)
