Abandoned  Puppies Found In Forest.

Mr Vikram (a snake catcher) reached at forest to leave snakes and while he was returning back, near his bike he noticed puppies tied in a sack, there were 4 puppies without mother. Somebody had abandoned them.

Mr Vikram Rescued them and got them at Universal Animal Welfare Society Wadki Centre .

Doctor Had immediately given treatment to puppies among them one female puppy is genetically blind, and 3 male puppies are fine. Luckily one center has lactating mother and she accepted these fur babies.

Today a Lactating Mother at our centre has adopted 4 new rescued puppies. She is a mother of 2 puppies and now total are 6 puppies. are 6 puppies.

Only survivor of the litter who was saved when it came across the bike.
He is a born fighter, healthy (vet check done) , extremely playful pup, growing well since last 3 days..

📍 RESCUE CASE 📍
This is Bruno , a male black labrador puppy , about 8 months old who was found roaming last night outside Dhole Patil College of Engineering by Amit Virmani, who's feeder from Kharadi. The hind legs seem to be deformed and there are bald calloused skin patches on the forehead as well as the right ear . The right ear had fluid discharge with a strong smell. Most likely appears to be an abandonment by a breeder due to deformity. The puppy was rescued and was sent to Universal Animal Welfare (UAW) in Wadki this morning. Let's pray he gets well soon 🙏

Gutsy our brave little princess is no more! 😔 She bravely fought for life for 11 long day's, but her difficult journey ended today and she left us forever for the heavenly abode!
May her soul rest in peace! 🕊️

📍UPDATE ON GUTSY📍Case Code: # .
ON 21st October Gutsy was rescued by one of our volunteers. She was admitted at UAW Wadki Shelter. Her case was very complicated as her wound was deep.
After the X-ray reports, necessary treatment was started but since being a very grave case, it was a while after which gutsy started responding positively . With every group members prayers and blessings, Princess Gutsy is now doing well and responding to the treatment.
A big thank you to all UAW Wadki team and doctors .
But her life is full of battles. And a long treatment. Please help her getting her life back to normal.

📍UPDATE ON BIG BOY'S CASE📍 # Big Boy
Two day's ago Our Volunteers Shane and Mohsin rescued this Big Boy and admitted him at UAW Wadki Shelter. This case was complicated as his paw was crushed.
After the X-ray reports doctors at UAW Dr.Shelke,Dr.Chandan and Dr.Ajit successfully done his Amputation Surgery. And now our Big Boy is out of danger.

This dog was brought to Universal Animal Welfare (UAW) Wadki. He was suffering from Maggoted Wound, had a severe wound, Doctors at UAW treated him and now he is Fine. A big thank to Doctors and staff of UAW!

RESCUE CASE!
Yet another Accident case reported early morning by Shane.
One of their area dogs was found badly and critically injured ,bleeding all over.
We do not know if it was an accident or foul play .
But at that point of time priority was to help the dog who is called Big Boy by Shane and Mohsin who are the caregivers of their community dogs.
Big Boy has been admitted in Wadki and is being treated for his wounds.
X ray awaited .
It would be done in an hour's time as the diagnostic centre has been informed.
I have asked Mohsin to leave as he was waiting.
Hope Big Boy does not have any spinal injury.

Let's pray for Big Boy 🙏
