PROPTOSIS: an opthalmic EMERGENCY.
"Coco" was refered at Paws & Claws Animal Hospital with popped out Right eyeball. Immediate temporary Tarsorraphy was performed followed by conjunctival flap. She recovered well after a week. Little bit of delayed might have ended up in enucleation of eyeball. Now, her vision is back. Thanks Dr Mandip Raut for referring on time and taking post operative care. 🙏🙏

The Animal Rescuers / Carers, Skills Development Training Paws & Claws Animal Hospital in Kathmandu on Saturday was a huge success ! Twelve amazing people attended the training, all, who either rescue animals independently, work / run in animal care or Shelters. We are extremely grateful and would like to thank everyone who took the time out of their day to learn some new skills and techniques that will ultimately help them in their journey of Animal Rescue and Care.
A huge thank you to Dr B C Jah and Claws Animal Hospital , Dr.Sushil Poudel Animal Medical Centre and Dr Ekatrina Boyko ( orthopedic specialist) for organizing and conducting an invaluable training course. Their dedication to Street Animal Welfare is truly inspiring and appreciated.
