Hi everyone, grooming is now open during level 3, with contactless drop off and pick up. To book, either message via Facebook or email or call us by phone. You are required to wear a mask and to use the Covid Tracer app on arrival.

To all our valued clients. Firstly we thank you for your patience working with us through this fast lockdown. We will continue to care for the pets that we have staying with us at present under guidelines of the government given our duty of care to pets, However Covid-19 Level 4 Lockdown means we are NOT open to the public. We will ensure the pets here have the same level of care they always have and they wont even notice the lockdown! Our facility will be staffed daily to care for those pets in our care and we will be updating our social media platforms regularly. You will be able to contact us via our phone and email, please do not come to our premises unless prior arrangement has been made first. If your pet is staying with us at present we will endeavor to contact you tomorrow with an update. And weee'rrreee BACK good people!!! The Groom Room is officially up and running again with our new amazingly talented and experienced groomer Caitlin set to start with us on Sunday the 6th of June! Caitlin has worked in the area for a while so may even have had the pleasure of working on your furry friend already!! We will be offering our 6th groom 30% discount loyalty card program, automated rescheduling and text reminder service for all our lovely clients going forward!
