Cat has been following the Aurora on Social media and last night she announced that we should be able to see it in Kaikoura. She invited some guests and they took photos from our balcony. Then we went up to the lookout I was amazed to find 30 to 40 people taking photos.

Guests were fascinated to watch the paddocks of grass being cut behind the house. Then picked up into trucks presumably for silage.

Day 4 of Vet Nurse awareness week, we bring you Nurse Rebekah in action!

Just like people, our pets need time to heal and a treatment and physio plan to follow. Charlie is currently going through rehabilitation and laser therapy with our superstar Nurse, Rebekah. Soon he will be fully recovered from his cruciate surgery and back to his fun-loving self in no time.

What is Low-Level laser therapy?

Kaikoura Peninsula walk - Although I've done this walk many times the sheer beauty always takes my breath away and my computer is full of photos. Just enough cloud cover to be a comfortable temperature and finished with lunch at the Seafood BBQ yumm
