Hi guys, Just thought I would let everyone know that there will now unfortunately be a cancellation charge/fee given to anyone that cancels with less than 24 hours notice without reasonable cause.

Unfortunately we have had of late a few no shows and cancellations 30mins before appointments.

This fee will be half your grooming cost. No show appointments will be charged the whole groom price.
