We've seen a significant increase in panleukopenia cases at our clinic recently. This highly contagious and potentially fatal virus affects cats, especially those that are unvaccinated.

Early Signs to Watch For:
Lethargy, Loss of appetite, Vomiting, Diarrhea & Fever

Prevention Tips:
- Ensure your cat is fully vaccinated and up to date with boosters.
- Keep unvaccinated cats isolated from others.
- Maintain a clean environment and regularly disinfect areas your cat frequents.

Another case of laboratory-confirmed rabies positive has been reported, this time originating from a neglected free-roaming dog in Lucinda Subd. Brgy. Maliwalo Tarlac City.

We urge all pet owners to ensure the vaccination of their dogs and cats starting at three months old and annually thereafter. You may visit our clinic with your pets aged three months and above, in good health, and not pregnant.

Preventing the spread of rabies also entails responsible pet ownership. Let's refrain from allowing our dogs and cats to wander freely on the streets.

- Negative for blood parasites and heartworm
- Good temperament
- Hematocrit >40%

Screening Tests will be done to determine if the dog is fit as a donor all at the expense of the recipient's owner.
