David broke down and happened to get off at our exit. We took in his two horses for several days while his truck was getting fixed. He was such a nice and polite guy. He even agreed to haul tortoises for us.

The Butte County Agriculture Department has created a letter to allow livestock owners access through traffic control points to restricted and evacuated areas due to the .

CALL: 530-538-7381

PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION PRIOR TO CALLING.

The letters will be specific to the person obtaining the letter and attempting to gain access through the traffic control points. Feeding and watering of livestock shall only be made during daylight hours, and all persons must immediately depart the restricted area by the same route as entry.

An es**rt may be required.

The letters may only be obtained through the Butte County Agriculture Department at the following location:

Oroville, CA 95965

The hours for the Butte County Agriculture Department are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This is the only location to obtain the letter. It will not be available at any other locations.
