Far West Vet wouldn't be where we are today without our amazing technicians. They are the most caring and hard working group around. Our techs are so committed to their passion, that they even come in on their days off (without being asked) just to help when it is busy! They truly are wonderful. Being a veterinary technician is back-breaking work and they go home exhausted every, single day. But they are still back the next day with a smile, ready to care for our patients. Thank you to Rachele and Brandy, who have been with us from the very beginning (before we even opened our doors!), and to Caroline, Hailey, Danielle, Mary, Shelly, Aaron and Jillian who followed soon after. We have been lucky to always have had amazing technicians throughout the years, but this team is truly special. Happy Veterinary Technician week! 🥳🐕😻

Dr. Baker graduated from Texas A&M in 1999 and she has called Austin home since 2011. With 25 years experience practicing quality veterinary medicine, she is the perfect addition to Far West Veterinary Clinic. We can't wait for all of our clients and patients to meet her! 😻

Due to the rising costs of pet food and shipping prices, we encourage all of our clients to order Royal Canin and Hills diets on our online pharmacy. We will continue to carry small bags and canned food of most of our recommended diets, but we will be phasing out large bags. Our online pharmacy offers discounts when you ship to your home, and even larger discounts when you sign up for Autoship.
