Love dogs? Want to get out of the house just for a short while? Need a low key, stress free, part time job? Walk Your Dogs, While You Work is looking for reliable, trustworthy, compassionate, dog savvy, people friendly people with their own transportation to be pet service specialists. Client visits are mostly weekdays(very limited weekends) between 930am-4pm only in the Bellevue/Papillion area.
Pay starts at $8 per 15 min visit and increases depending on date, length of visit, location and prepayment discounts. Days of the week & number of visits per day will vary greatly but are flexible. Work a little or a lot, up to you and our scheduling needs. Potential to grow with more clientele.
Job duties include caring for a client's dogs as if they were your own. Walks, potty breaks, playtime, clean ups, snuggles, treats, and so much more to warm your dog loving soul. Strong communication skills, dependability and working independently are essential to this position. Pet Sitters insurance is required($90/yr) & WYPWYW will provide half the cost with the other half being deducted equally in your income your first month of work.

UPDATE::

As we were expected, we saw an influx of last minute Thanksgiving weekend requests this week!

We hope that we helped as many people as we could in a timely manner. Since this is all fully volunteer basis, we work hard to ensure we get requests submitted in a timely manner.

Due to the the increase in last minute requests, we are running a little behind on other requests that have come in. However, as of this morning, all requests have now been posted and our sitters will be hard at work reviewing all of them to find the perfect fit!

We encourage you to get connected with a sitter for the other upcoming holidays ASAP! We never know when all of our sitters have completely filled up and some of the more in-demand services typically go pretty fast.

This Thanksgiving, we had almost 0 available house sitters due to complete bookings! We love this for our sitters, but it can make it difficult for clients. Make sure you get your Christmas & NYE requests in TODAY!

That being said - our sitters are up to their eyeballs in house sitting, drop in services, boarding, and walks over the next few days. Please allow us a few days before you hear from our sitters while they tend to their holiday guests!
